Lambada
Lambada is a dance from Brazil. The dance became internationally popular in the 1980s, especially in Latin America and Caribbean countries. It is generally danced with arched legs, with the steps being from side to side, turning or even swaying, and with a pronounced movement of the hips.
Zumba (Latin Aerobics)
Zumba is a Latin dance-inspired fitness program created during the 1990s. It involves dance & aerobic elements. Zumba's choreography incorporates hip-hop, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo, and belly dance moves. Squats and lunges are also included.
